About The Position

Join the 2026 FIS University Program as a full-time employee. This two-year program offers opportunities to participate in team projects, community service, professional development seminars, and work with a supportive team. The program includes bi-annual performance reviews. The program has start dates in January, March, June, and September, with a dedicated "Learning Week" to learn about the corporate environment, the fintech industry, hear from FIS leadership, and network with peers. This specific position is for a June 22, 2026 start. The role involves diving into real-world datasets, building visualizations, and helping shape business decisions within the Commercial Data & Analytics team. You will work with experienced mentors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team

Responsibilities

  • Dive into data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and design data-driven solutions
  • Develop data pipelines and automation scripts in Python in Microsoft Fabric
  • Design semantic models and build Power BI dashboards that apply star schema, DAX, and performance optimization techniques
  • Test and refine our solutions to ensure they deliver real value
