About The Position

The GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier team coordinates how Anthropic's research reaches the market. This includes managing commercial model launches, partnering with Capacity teams to allocate compute resources, and translating field learnings into actionable insights for leadership. A key aspect of this role involves managing new model and product introductions from market opportunity identification to customer adoption analysis. The successful candidate will lead high-stakes cross-functional programs, conduct strategic analysis for executive leadership, and develop/optimize repeatable methodologies. This role reports to the Global Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier, and collaborates with various departments including GTM, Applied AI, Product, Research, Security & Safeguards, Finance, and Compute.

Requirements

  • Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, management consulting, or GTM strategy & operations.
  • Proven ability to build and run high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with cross-functional dependencies in a high-velocity product company.
  • Track record of turning effective heroics into repeatable, scaled methodologies.
  • Ability to balance business, safety, and repeatability considerations.
  • Experience writing for and presenting to senior executives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to design metrics and reporting, distinguish signal from noise, and work with analytics engineering teams.
  • A bias toward extreme ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong analytical foundation: SQL and code-level data proficiency, sophisticated modeling in Sheets or Excel, and experience with BI tools (Looker, BigQuery, or similar).
  • Experience at an AI, developer-tools, or API-first company with consumption-based pricing.
  • Strong familiarity with, if not direct experience in, commercial roles (sales, rev ops, product marketing) or product management.
  • Familiarity with safety, trust & safety, or security-review processes in a product context.
  • Demonstrated success operating in ambiguity at a company where the product and operating model are both changing fast.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as GTM DRI for product and model launches, owning account selection, coordinating field readiness, and managing launch-week operations.
  • Synthesize customer adoption signals into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Design and manage the field response loop for capturing, triaging, and routing customer feedback.
  • Design and iterate GTM's NPI methodology for standard releases and managed-access programs.
  • Manage the executive reporting cadence for launches, ensuring adoption trends are visible.
  • Act as GTM's primary interface to Product S&O and Research for launch planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy & Operations, Applied AI, and Customer Success on field execution.
  • Partner with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate on protect-play targeting, sequencing, and post-launch competitive response.
