About The Position

As the Principal Strategy & Operations Director for Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO), you will serve as the chief strategic architect and operating partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Senior Leadership Team. Operating at a Leadership IC level, you will evaluate complex business variables to establish multi-year operational roadmaps and executive governance frameworks that support Everpure’s global platform. You will build formal networks with executive leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT, influencing corporate policy and driving alignment on strategic initiatives. The role transforms enterprise goals into unified operating models, decision-oriented leadership forums, and measurable business outcomes. The position is based primarily in Everpure’s Santa Clara, California office, in accordance with company policies, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave. The annual base salary range is $211,000–$274,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. Everpure describes its culture as innovative, growth-oriented, and team-focused. Requirements

Extensive, expert-level experience leading enterprise business operations, strategy execution, Chief of Staff functions, or large-scale operational transformations in a complex multinational technology or global supply chain environment.
Proven ability to evaluate organizational variables, establish board-level operating rhythms, and influence corporate policy and decisions across C-suite and executive leadership teams.
Outstanding negotiation and executive communication skills, with a track record of building formal cross-functional networks across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to resolve critical enterprise issues.
Demonstrated expertise translating emerging enterprise capabilities, such as AI workforce enablement and modern strategy execution frameworks, into scalable operating models and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Establish enterprise-wide strategy execution frameworks, annual operating planning cycles, and OKR tracking across GSCO, aligning leadership on priorities, resource allocation, and transformation goals.
Design and lead executive operating systems, including Board of Directors materials, Corporate Operations Reviews, functional QBRs, and SLT offsites; ensure decisions, risks, and cross-functional dependencies are evaluated and executed.
Serve as strategic Chief of Staff to the CSCO and lead the Joint Chief of Staff network, setting shared operating standards and enabling alignment and execution across supply chain divisions.
Create organizational communication and stakeholder-alignment frameworks for All Hands, Board, and Risk Committee engagements, translating supply chain performance metrics into executive narratives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT leadership to integrate AI workforce strategies, talent management cycles, and organizational health programs into supply chain operations.
