The Strategy Manager will be responsible for the oversight and development of responses for client requests and opportunities in the form of but not limited to; Requests for Information (RFIs)/ Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and support energy program modeling. Experience with energy methods and procedures, technical understanding, documentation skills and familiarity with utility demand side management (i.e., DSM) and conservation programs is desired. This position will involve research in utility and energy efficiency programs, proposal content and formal presentation creation, representing SEEL on organizations, and assisting business development. The Strategy Manager analyzes and recommends emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, venture capital sources, internal business performance and business process improvement. As part of the leadership team at SEEL, the Strategy Manager will manage and develop the strategy team, as well as team members from other departments.
