About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Strategy Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows: Lead teams in the Corporate Strategy, Growth, or Operating Model group. Provide actionable insights to the world’s top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale. Execute growth, profitability and sustainability interventions, including Market Sizing, Growth Opportunity Analysis and Prioritization, and Zero-Based Budgeting across selling, general, and administrative (SG&A) and cost of goods sold (COGS) expense lines focused on corporate restructuring and fueling corporate growth. Shape organizational and IT-specific strategies, visions, objectives, and calculated roadmaps, including people-first strategies, process improvements, and raising technological competencies. Identify means to reduce tactical work efforts, optimize operational effectiveness, and future-proof capabilities through use of advanced technologies, including AI. Support financial due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions by standing-up M&A clean rooms or assessing true value of synergies, while documenting opportunities to sustain long-term value.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in the Strategy Consulting Industry.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Working on sales-related transformational projects including business strategy, requirements definition, or implementation; Defining product strategies and enabling functional blueprints; Designing customer experiences, customer experience measurement, and segmentation of customers or channel partners; Analyzing client’s channels, from setting strategy to implementing changes; Analyzing an organization’s sales or service operations to identify customer and employee pain points across interaction channels; Advising clients on the process, organizational, and technological changes needed to improve sales or service experiences and operations; Implementing recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technology leaders and frontline employees; Building business cases and calculating return on investment for strategic or transformational initiatives; and Working on strategic programs involving team leadership and project leadership.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
