Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional strategic planning process: Coordinate development of the Americas three-year strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategy and finance-led planning process, timeline, templates, and required deliverables. Partner closely with sales, operations, and the product organization to translate product strategy, portfolio priorities, market assumptions, and growth opportunities into the regional strategic plan. Manage inputs, milestones, and review cycles across functions to ensure the plan is complete, consistent, and delivered on schedule. Prepare clear summaries, working sessions, and leadership review materials that connect product priorities, regional growth choices, financial assumptions, and required decisions. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and tradeoffs in the plan and coordinate follow-up with product, finance, and functional owners to resolve them. Maintain structured tools, trackers, and templates that support the corporate process and make the three-year planning cycle easier to manage and repeat.
  • Coordinate and manage business cadence and reporting: Run the business governance cadence, including recurring leadership reviews, operating meetings, and cross-functional check-ins. Maintain action logs, decision trackers, milestone plans, and risk / issue registers to ensure commitments are visible and followed through. Develop simple, repeatable reporting mechanisms that highlight progress, blockers, ownership, and upcoming decisions. Surface risks and tradeoffs early, escalate issues appropriately, and help leadership focus on the decisions needed to keep execution on track. Continuously improve governance, reporting, and follow-up processes through better systems, automation, and fit-for-purpose AI use cases that improve reliability and reduce administrative burden.
  • Lead special projects and craft executive communications: Independently lead short-cycle, cross-functional special projects for the Americas leadership team, typically requiring fast, clean analysis, a clear recommendation, and implementation tracking. Develop executive-ready communications: decks, narratives, and briefing notes that drive alignment and action. Conduct targeted research on priority companies, competitors, market trends, and emerging themes to inform strategic recommendations and leadership decisions. Improve team effectiveness by creating templates, playbooks, and repeatable mechanisms that reduce friction and improve follow-through.
  • Manage regional post-merger integration execution: Drive post-merger integration planning by translating deal rationale and diligence findings into clear integration priorities, milestones, risks, and value capture opportunities. Maintain integration workplans, decision trackers, dependency maps, and risk / issue logs to ensure functional owners stay aligned and on pace. Coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams across commercial, operations, finance, legal, HR, and other functions as needed. Build and maintain simple KPI reporting for integration progress, milestone completion, and value capture. Create repeatable tools, templates, and process improvements that make integration workstreams easier to manage and scale.
