About The Position

This role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to an Executive Team Leadership (ELT) member and/or Executive Vice President, enabling effective leadership and execution of key organizational priorities. This role is central to driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring alignment across the organization. The individual acts as an extension of the executive, handling critical projects, streamlining processes, and ensuring the executive's focus remains on high-impact strategic endeavors.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in strategic operations, project management, consulting, an executive support role, or other relevant experience, preferably within a complex organizational structure.
  • Exceptional ability to think strategically, synthesize complex information, and translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team to achieve high performance.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Highly analytical with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing innovative solutions.
  • Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MS) or equivalent advanced degree

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive to develop, refine, and execute strategic plans and critical initiatives, translating objectives into actionable plans.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to support executive decision-making and strategic opportunities.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by identifying opportunities, streamlining workflows, and implementing systems to maximize resources and proactively resolve issues.
  • Serve as a central communication intermediary, managing information flow, drafting communications, and acting as a primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate leadership meetings and key executive events, preparing materials, and ensuring effective follow-up on decisions and action items.
  • Act as a tactical and strategic advisor to the executive, providing input on new ideas and initiatives, and representing the executive as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
