Guidehouse is seeking a strategy and transformation consultant to help transform business processes, develop and implement organizational strategies, improve efficiency and operations, and increase transparency and performance management for our national security and federal law enforcement clients. As a consultant, you will be a critical member of project teams, helping our clients solve complex business challenges from strategy through execution. This includes conducting qualitative and qualitative data analysis, preparing and presenting well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives, and supporting day-to-day operational meetings with clients and consulting leaders. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, outcomes oriented, and capable and willing to develop solutions on their own and collaboratively as part of a team of highly skilled professionals. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience with expertise in two or more of the following areas: Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to own and create a workstream, serving as a client advisor to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations Prior development of strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents and/or deliverables Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals Prior experiencing developing and executing a stakeholder engagement and communications plan to engender alignment and buy-in across a large, diverse set of stakeholders without direct lines of reporting/authority Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs Prior experience facilitating the implementation of program and the program management initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time-sensitive ad-hoc requests Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel) Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools This role is 100% onsite
