About The Position

We are seeking a consultant interested in joining a dynamic team supporting a large federal healthcare customer on an enterprise-wide strategy initiative. The candidate will work with clinical and administrative leaders to evaluate, plan, and optimize large-scale and complex healthcare systems. The Consultant will primarily execute analyses, develop structured client-facing deliverables, and collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support planning strategies, capacity planning, and operational optimization efforts Review and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights Collaborate with team members to draft current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state recommendations Support development of client deliverables including slide decks and briefing materials Develop meeting agendas, capture notes, and synthesize stakeholder discussions into follow-up actions and decision points Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, review processes, analytical tools, project communication, and knowledge repositories

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in management consulting, healthcare, or a related strategy or transformation-focused role
  • Experience in conducting structured research, synthesizing findings, and translating information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to structure data and synthesize insights clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and client stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach to work with the ability to thrive in both structured and unstructured team environments
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (i.e., US citizenship required)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
  • Experience within healthcare systems, health administration, or healthcare strategy and analytics environments
  • Exposure to federal or public-sector clients
