About The Position

Assist in reviewing and optimizing client business processes to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and overall value. Contribute to the development of change management plans that engage and prepare employees for digital, operational, or cultural transformation. Build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders and support engagement activities such as workshops, presentations, and working sessions. Help translate research, data, and insights into clear recommendations tailored to client needs. Deliver high-quality client experiences by actively listening, anticipating needs, and supporting project leadership. Contribute to thought leadership in strategy, organizational performance, and transformation in the water and public sectors. Lead proposal development, pursuit activities, and client development that support growth of the Business Advisory team. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, strategy, organizational improvement, operations, or related disciplines. We are seeking a candidate with experience supporting cross-functional teams, independently managing tasks, and contributing to structured project delivery. The ideal individual brings strong analytical capabilities and can translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. They possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders. We're looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about tackling complex and ambiguous challenges. Success in this position requires comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments, along with digital fluency and a passion for innovation Master's degree or relevant advanced degree. Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar and experience in the water industry, public sector, or utilities is a plus.

Requirements
