About The Position
As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group team, you will play a key supporting role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the division. This entry-level role supports Boat Group’s strategy by analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and contributing to fact-based insights that inform BBG leadership decision-making. The analyst will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic and financial topics while working cross-functionally across the organization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business insights and recommendations
- Assist in the development of data-driven fact bases and executive-ready materials for leadership review
- Partner with division and functional teams to support data collection, analysis, and insight generation
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including: Strategic planning, Portfolio strategy and analysis, Financial and business performance analysis, Channel strategy and execution support
