The Strategy and Business Development Consultant supports the development of the Medicaid and CHIP growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, organizing, and advancing business and program development opportunities across Select Health’s geography. Under the direction of Medicaid leadership, this role heads up 1) Medicaid procurement readiness, opportunity tracking, RFI/RFP response coordination, market intelligence, proposal content management, and strategic planning activities, and 2) Identification and adoption of best practices that improve cost of care, service delivery, and member experience. This role also supports the annual strategy process, drives business development opportunities, and develops market intelligence to guide product innovation and geographic expansion. The Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, including strategy, finance, clinical, and operational leaders, to translate insights into actionable strategies that align with Select Health’s commitment to improving healthcare access, affordability, and quality. By engaging with cutting-edge healthcare trends—such as digital health, value-based care, and population health analytics—the Consultant contributes to projects that shape the future of healthcare delivery.
