About The Position

The Strategist Analyst supports organizational decision‑making through comprehensive analysis of market trends, business performance, and competitive intelligence. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality insights, forecasting scenarios, and supporting strategic planning initiatives across multiple business units. The Strategist Analyst partners with leadership to ensure data‑driven alignment with corporate goals and long-term growth strategies. This role serves as the bridge between data science and commercial execution, responsible for leveraging high-level analytics and artificial intelligence to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in‑depth analysis of internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic risks.
  • Develop analytics-driven insights to support corporate strategy, financial planning, and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare strategic recommendations that align with organizational objectives and performance goals.
  • Support long-range planning through forecasting, scenario modeling, and market evaluation.
  • Lead the strategic alignment of market data, product portfolio, and marketing campaigns with Sales/Commercial teams.
  • Ensure AI-driven insights translate into high-quality sales leads, effective pitch decks, and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Research and compile industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market dynamics.
  • Maintain comprehensive competitive intelligence reports and benchmarking analyses.
  • Provide strategic summaries and related deliverables to support leadership decisions related to product, market positioning, product marketing, and business development.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support transparency and strategic monitoring.
  • Present insights through clear, data‑supported visualizations and summaries suitable for executive audiences.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance reporting frameworks and data accuracy.
  • Lead the curation of training data and validation processes to improve AI model performance in market research, sentiment analysis, and predictive forecasting.
  • Partner with business leaders during annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles.
  • Support the development of strategic plans, business cases, and resource allocation proposals.
  • Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, marketing, research & development, and offering management to ensure alignment with KPIs and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, briefing materials, and strategic communication documents.
