About The Position

Optum Life Sciences is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support the Strategy & Enterprise Development organization as the business advances growth priorities across data assets, AI-enabled solutions, platform modernization, enterprise partnerships, and life sciences commercialization. This role provides analytical and execution support across multiple initiatives. The Strategy Analyst will conduct research, organize and synthesize information, support market assessments and business cases, prepare presentations, track work, and complete assignments under the direction of senior team members. The position is intended for an early-career professional who can contribute high-quality work across changing priorities while developing broader strategy and life sciences expertise. The Strategy Analyst will support the team rather than independently own a major strategy area at the outset. Success will depend on reliable execution, clear communication, sound analysis, and effective collaboration across functions.
