About The Position

Ethicrithm is a Palantir partner specializing in integrating and structuring enterprise data, developing AI-driven solutions, and implementing intelligent operating systems with Palantir Foundry and AIP. We deliver secure, scalable, and impactful solutions that optimize business operations and drive measurable returns on investment, impact and results. We're building a high-performance team of humble, helpful, and client-oriented teammates. As a Strategist, Governance Advisory on Ethicrithm's Delivery team, you lead the hands-on design and delivery of governance frameworks that let a Foundry deployment scale from a handful of use cases to hundreds without losing speed. This is an execution-focused, client-facing role: you run working sessions, draft governance and security deliverables, and drive engagements from kickoff through final readout. You'll partner closely with the VP, Governance & Advisory, Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and client stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience at a Palantir customer or at a Palantir implementation partner
  • Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience at the platform administration level, not just a single use case
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple distinct Foundry implementations or business domains, with breadth weighted more heavily than depth in any one
  • Experience with Foundry permissions and group management, project organization, markings, branching and branch protection, and ontology structure across multiple domains
  • Experience with enterprise ontology design across core and domain layers, including branching and proposal workflows
  • Proven ability to produce long form client-ready written deliverables, built from raw discovery inputs such as stakeholder interviews and workshop transcripts
  • Ability to operate with incomplete information and calibrate an existing reference pattern to an unfamiliar client environment
  • Experience running working sessions with senior stakeholders from Director through VP, and holding the room
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites as engagement schedules require

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with citizen developer, center of excellence, or champion enablement program design
  • AIP experience, including AIP Logic, AI-FDE, and AIP-enabled workflow design
  • Hands-on experience in delivering full-stack applications in Foundry, from Data Connection to Transformation to Ontology to Front-end UI
  • Consulting (professional services) background

Responsibilities

  • Run multiple concurrent governance engagements, serve as day-to-day lead for client working sessions and interviews, and present draft and final deliverables to client stakeholders through iteration and final readout.
  • Build platform operations frameworks (naming, project structure, branching guardrails, cost allocation) and enterprise ontology governance models calibrated to each client's environment.
  • Design object security, project-based access, identity group-to-role mapping, and branch protection models, and support hands-on configuration within engagement scope.
  • Design citizen-developer enablement frameworks including builder tiers, onboarding pathways, and access guardrails.
  • Contribute reusable patterns, templates, and engagement learnings to the Governance & Best Practices practice, and support pre-sales scoping and level-of-effort estimates.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Equity participation (subject to plan terms and eligibility)
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Medical, dental and vision reimbursement
  • Four weeks of paid vacation
  • Sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local law
  • Flexibility of working from home
  • Meaningful opportunities for career advancement and professional development
