About The Position

The Strategic Transformation Manager supports the CTO and the TO Director on the orchestration of the Transformation program. This is a versatile role, which combines content problem solving and process management.

Requirements

• 3 + years of consulting experience
• Experience working in the Transformation Office of a holistic performance transformation
• Experience working in an international setting / team
• Ability to communicate with role of all levels

Nice To Haves

• Amplify-Now tool experience or similar strategic/transformation execution management tool

Responsibilities

• Support the CTO and the TO VP to orchestrate the cross-functional performance transformation
• Prepare TO meetings, Steerco meetings and any other recurring and ad hoc meetings and events
• Ensure that the right people attend each meeting, and that they are prepared to take ownership of their portion of the agenda
• Support Workstream teams and regional Delivery Leads on root cause analysis and problem solving
• Coach Initiative Owners on quality improvement of their initiative plans
