About The Position

Perficient X is building an AI-native consulting business designed to move faster, solve more complex problems, and develop exceptional talent as part of the work. Our model brings together experienced practitioners and high-potential early-career engineers in small, high-impact teams that deliver real client outcomes while building the next generation of AI consulting talent. We are seeking a Strategic Talent Advisor to help shape how Perficient X scales by influencing who we hire, how talent develops, and what organizational capabilities we build over time. This is a high-impact role for someone who can translate business ambition into talent strategy and ensure our operating model grows without losing what makes it distinctive. As the Strategic Talent Advisor, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Perficient X leadership and a builder of the talent strategy, systems, and workforce decisions that shape how the business grows. You will work across leadership, hiring teams, pod leads, and enterprise HR to strengthen the full talent engine: attracting experienced AI practitioners, designing scalable early-career pathways, shaping development experiences that accelerate readiness, and advising on the organizational choices that enable a high-ambition business to scale with intention.
