Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Quality, or related disciplines.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Epicor, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

APICS, CPSM, CPM, or related certifications preferred.
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead supply chain strategy and execution for NPI programs, customer onboarding, and production ramp activities.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support cost, quality, delivery, and business objectives.
Manage supplier selection, qualification, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives.
Drive supplier quality, corrective action, and continuous improvement programs through scorecards, QBRs, and KPI reviews.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through alternate sourcing, business continuity planning, EOL management, and supplier diversification.
Support Early Supplier Involvement (ESI), DFx initiatives, and collaboration with Engineering and Program Management teams.
Analyze market conditions, commodity trends, lead times, and supplier capabilities to support sourcing decisions.
Lead cost reduction, total cost of ownership, and cash conversion improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, performance metrics, and executive-level reports.
Support the development and implementation of global supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
Serve as an escalation point for critical supplier and supply chain issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
