Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Quality, or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Epicor, or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS, CPSM, CPM, or related certifications preferred.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain strategy and execution for NPI programs, customer onboarding, and production ramp activities.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support cost, quality, delivery, and business objectives.
  • Manage supplier selection, qualification, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Drive supplier quality, corrective action, and continuous improvement programs through scorecards, QBRs, and KPI reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through alternate sourcing, business continuity planning, EOL management, and supplier diversification.
  • Support Early Supplier Involvement (ESI), DFx initiatives, and collaboration with Engineering and Program Management teams.
  • Analyze market conditions, commodity trends, lead times, and supplier capabilities to support sourcing decisions.
  • Lead cost reduction, total cost of ownership, and cash conversion improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, performance metrics, and executive-level reports.
  • Support the development and implementation of global supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical supplier and supply chain issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
