Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or related roles.
• Strong ability to analyze data, interpret market information, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and potentially sourcing or spend management software.
• Problem-solving, planning, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds at times.
• May require up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier landscapes to identify opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and select suppliers; build relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Lead contract negotiations, manage RFPs and RFQs, and ensure favorable terms and compliance.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs, improve quality, and maximize business value.
• Develop and implement improvements to sourcing, logistics, and inventory processes.
• Work with internal departments to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Use data analytics, ERP systems, and potentially AI tools to inform decisions.
• Perform other assigned job duties.
