Crusoe is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support the building and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. You will support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development to contract negotiation and supplier performance management. As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will help deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth. This is a foundational role for a professional looking to scale their career in indirect procurement within a high-growth, mission-driven technology company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management with exposure to indirect or corporate services categories.
Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills with a desire to grow influence across the organization.
This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba) is a plus.
Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
Exposure to professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories.
Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM) or pursuit of an MBA.

Responsibilities

Category Support: Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
Procurement Lifecycle: Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with corporate stakeholders to help deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth.
Spend Analysis: Conduct spend analysis and support the development of category strategies with measurable cost savings.
Contract Negotiation: Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing procurement process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility across corporate categories.
