About The Position

This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies for assigned areas of spend. The specialist will research, identify, and qualify the best value sources of supply using market data and cost modeling for both existing and new product development. Key responsibilities include communicating category knowledge, updates, recommendations, and supplier performance. The role also focuses on identifying, escalating, and resolving areas of risk to ensure continuity of supply, developing ideation, and delivering annual cost savings initiatives. Strong negotiation and contracting skills are essential for building robust supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required
• Three-to-five years of supply chain, sourcing or procurement experience is also required
