About The Position

This role involves learning, developing, and executing sourcing strategies for assigned areas of spend. The specialist will research, identify, and qualify the best value sources of supply using market data and cost modeling for both existing products and new product development. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating category knowledge, updates, recommendations, and supplier performance. The role also requires identifying, escalating, and resolving areas of risk to ensure continuity of supply, developing ideation, and delivering annual cost savings initiatives. Demonstrating strong negotiation and contracting skills that build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships is essential.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required
• Three-to-five years of supply chain, sourcing or procurement experience is also required
