About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Analyst with five years of related procurement experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in software/cloud services and strategic sourcing, with stakeholder management skills. Experience with AI is a plus. This role supports the end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing lifecycle for IT-related categories, managing a pipeline of sourcing engagements focused on technology vendors and services.

Requirements

• Procurement and IT procurement expertise.
• Strategic sourcing capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SaaS.
• Experience in technology sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Five years of related procurement experience in sourcing/negotiating SaaS deals.
• Knowledge of software/cloud services.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Experience with Oracle Procurement/ERP Systems.
• Supplier relationship management.

• Experience with AI is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience working with large enterprise procurement environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing engagements from intake through contract execution.
• Build and issue RFx documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Conduct competitive bidding events and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and drive procurement strategy.
• Support Category Leads on complex sourcing projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendor management, legal, and third-party risk teams.
• Utilize procurement systems, preferably Oracle, to track sourcing activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within sourcing and procurement workflows.
