Strategic Sourcing Analyst
About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst (SSA) plays a key role in strengthening KMM's supply chain performance by organizing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts that directly support our aerospace and defense manufacturing programs. This position ensures optimal service levels, cost control, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with internal teams to understand program needs-platform longevity, budgets, schedules, quality standards-and use the KMM MRP system to research demand, enter purchasing data, track orders, review forecasts, and monitor inventory. Success in this role requires a commitment to process improvement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to confidently negotiate with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities
- Participate in supplier review meetings
- Request and track corrective actions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Manage supplier and material data
- Support yearly program budget development
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Procurement Coordinators, and the Supply Chain Director to ensure contract alignment
- Maintain real‑time visibility of all active agreements
- Research demand using the KMM MRP system
- Enter purchasing data using the KMM MRP system
- Track orders using the KMM MRP system
- Review forecasts using the KMM MRP system
- Monitor inventory using the KMM MRP system
