You will guide technical direction, manage integrations, and lead advanced reporting initiatives that directly influence business performance. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience in administration and solution design
  • Proven success managing complex, customized Salesforce environments
  • Strong experience with Flows, validation rules, and automation
  • Ability to contribute Apex and programmatic solutions at a junior-to-mid level
  • Experience managing integrations and external data sources
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Maps, Sales Engagement, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with attention to long-term impact
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
  • Proven success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience bridging business strategy and technical execution

  • Experience working with multiple external data integrations
  • Exposure to field operations or mobile inspection tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, supporting and evolving a highly customized environment
  • Drive long-term platform strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Design scalable, sustainable solutions that go beyond immediate requests
  • Evaluate business needs holistically to determine optimal technical approaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
  • Clearly communicate trade-offs, risks, and business impacts
  • Oversee and enhance integrations with external platforms such as DocuSign and mobile inspection tools
  • Ensure seamless data flow across systems
  • Own advanced reporting and analytics using Salesforce tools and Tableau
  • Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of enhancement requests across departments
  • Maintain alignment with broader business processes and mitigate downstream risks
  • Lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and guide stakeholders toward optimal outcomes
  • Contribute hands-on development using Apex, Flows, and automation tools as needed
  • Work effectively with internal and external teams using tools such as Slack and Jira
