The Strategic Sales Development Representative Role The Strategic Sales Development Representative is assigned to multiple sellers to support enterprise accounts identified by Qlik as accounts in a territory that are either current customers or target customers, with the highest potential future value in the market. The role is part of an account team, with the primary responsibility of creating relationships and identifying potential customer needs to generate pipeline through leads and opportunities within the accounts. What makes this role interesting? Outbound identification/development and inbound follow-up on of land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts Assigned to multiple sellers to support their enterprise accounts Involvement in strategic account planning activities May be dedicated to a subset of accounts (e.g., Fed, Sled, OEM) Partner with the sales team to create relationships with existing customers, identifying their potential needs and assist in developing a business case Move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls Maintain a pipeline of early-stage leads
