About The Position

Earth Force exists to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfires through technology, data, and operational excellence. As we continue to grow and scale our impact, we are seeking a Strategic Projects Senior Associate to help tackle some of the company’s highest-priority and most complex business challenges. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and teams across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive strategic initiatives from analysis through execution. You’ll work on a wide range of projects—from business performance and strategic planning to new initiatives, investor and board materials, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting and is excited to apply that toolkit in a hands-on operating environment.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with experience building financial models, business analyses, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure and solve ambiguous, complex business problems.
  • Ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and strategic information into clear recommendations and executive-level communications.
  • Experience creating high-quality presentations and materials for senior executives, boards, investors, or clients.
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Experience working at or closely with a high-growth, investor-backed company.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, fundraising, M&A, board reporting, or other high-priority corporate initiatives.
