About The Position
As a Strategic Projects Lead on our Frontier Data team, you’ll own the delivery engine behind the datasets and environments we ship to leading AI labs. Every engagement runs through you: you take it in, scope it, stand up the process, run it, review the output, and ship it.
Requirements
- Highly organized operator who thrives on ownership and wants to be an important part of an exceptional team that focuses on using Roboflow’s computer vision platform to advance frontier model capabilities.
- High agency and a bias toward action.
- Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
- Outstanding organization, judgement, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
- Build processes that ensure quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
- Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
- Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
