Project & Program Management Manage and execute strategic projects and marketing initiatives across the Engineered Materials business units (BUs), ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to support successful execution. Track deliverables, milestones, and project performance; provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within projects and proactively recommend solutions. Collect and synthesize BU-level feedback (trade shows, digital assets, sales tools, talent initiatives) to inform planning and improvements. Support the development of reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into project outcomes and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Coordination Establishing and maintaining a digital platform for group level templates, presentations, processes for standardization and effective communication Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing teams to execute programs. Serve as a key point of contact for coordinating activities across business units and ensuring alignment of priorities. Facilitate communication, resource sharing, and coordination between teams to support seamless execution. Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and reporting that enhance program effectiveness. Marketing & Brand Promotion Support and help enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials and communications. Execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and digital initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy. Develop and coordinate marketing assets, including presentations, collateral, digital content, product photography, and social media materials. Lead coordination of trade show and event activities, including logistics, vendor management, and material preparation. Support post-event analysis and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements. Contribute to marketing planning at the group and BU levels, including recommendations for content, campaigns, and engagement strategies. Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility through partnerships, events, and industry engagement. Community & Engagement Support and help lead community outreach initiatives, partnerships, and local engagement efforts. Collaborate with local county government at the site level being in compliance to the corporate government affairs protocol Coordinate recruiting and employer branding activities in partnership with Site Leadership, HR, and Operations (e.g., tours, open houses, events) across the Engineered Materials group. Assist in monitoring community and industry developments to identify engagement opportunities and potential risks at the local site level Manage logistics and coordination for on-site and external events, working with internal stakeholders and external partners. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, brand coordination, or a related role. Experience managing projects or programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or marketing tools preferred. Skills & Other Requirements Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion. Experience with trade shows, events, or integrated marketing campaigns. Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization. Familiarity with branding standards and content development. Experience with reporting, performance tracking, or process improvement initiatives. Working Conditions Primarily office-based or hybrid work environment with regular use of a computer and standard office equipment. Frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and external partners. Participation in meetings, presentations, and planning sessions, both in-person and virtual. Occasional travel required for trade shows, industry events, site visits, and community engagement activities. May require extended hours during peak periods, such as event execution, campaign launches, or major project deadlines. Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, including viewing screens and typing. Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking, listening, and presenting to individuals and groups. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and move between workspaces or event locations. Ability to lift and carry materials up to approximately 25 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, event supplies). May assist with setup and teardown of trade shows or events, which can involve bending, reaching, and light physical activity. Ability to travel as needed, including air and ground transportation. Safety Requirements All employees are required to attend scheduled training, follow the site EHS procedures and II-VI Corporate EHS standards. This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities. Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently.
