About The Position
We're seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and cost reduction initiatives for a high-value automotive commodities portfolio. This role is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys supplier negotiations, market analysis, and driving business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Previous purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Automotive purchasing experience.
- Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing environment.
- Project management or leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and suppliers.
- Lead supplier selection activities for new product development programs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and cost reduction initiatives to achieve annual savings goals.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships focused on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to support sourcing decisions.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring accurate supplier data, quotations, and BOM maintenance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
