Reporting to the VP – Operations & Supply Chain, the Strategic Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and leading enterprise pricing strategies that optimize profitability, customer value, market competitiveness, and sustainable growth. This role serves as a key business partner to Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and Operations, translating market intelligence and commercial insights into pricing actions that drive profitable growth while maintaining customer trust and market responsiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical skills to develop pricing strategies that improve profitability and competitiveness in a B2B market. They are a collaborative influencer who can partner across functions, challenge the status quo, and drive pricing excellence throughout the organization. This role can be fully remote, hybrid or based in office. Home location is flexible for any metropolitan area in which Source Atlantic / Bolt Supply House / Soucie Salo operates.
