Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Pricing Manager will be responsible for elevating how Solve approaches value, margin and competitive pricing and positioning. Through engagement and cross-departmental collaboration, the ideal candidate will architect a modern pricing framework, enabling scalable growth and improved profitability. The Pricing Manager will flex their leadership skills, by managing and developing a team of Proposal & Pricing Specialists and together will be responsible for quoting and pricing execution while driving broader strategic initiatives. In this role, the ideal candidate will lean into their strong communication skills, working hand-in-hand with Sales and company leadership, while converting complex storylines into executive-level summaries. The Pricing Manager will operate with a continuous improvement mindset, always identifying opportunities to master their craft by following industry trends related to evolving pricing tools, data quality and reporting capabilities.
