About The Position

HL Mando America Corporation has an opening for the position of Strategic Planning Analyst II. This role involves performing complex and diverse strategic planning analysis activities to develop and implement business strategies for the company’s operations. The analyst will be responsible for the regional operations of MCA, MCM, and MCB, focusing on operations and performance. Key responsibilities include understanding customer concerns, devising solutions, driving interregional cooperation for customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication among sites. The role also involves proposing strategic decisions to headquarters, managing daily operations and issues, establishing Task Forces (TFTs), and allocating personnel. The analyst will draft and manage regional strategies, provide presentations and reports for business planning and strategy workshops, and connect operations in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil with the headquarters in South Korea. The ultimate goal is to ensure regional activities align with company goals and to assist senior management in making informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience with strategic planning analysis.
  • Will accept a Master’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field in lieu of the required education and experience.
  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex and diverse strategic planning analysis activities associated with the development and implantation of business strategies for the company’s operations.
  • Responsible for regional operations of MCA (HL Mando America Corporation), MCM (HL Mando Corporation Mexico), and MCB (HL Mando Corporation do Brasil) in terms of operations and performances.
  • Understand customer concerns, assist with devising solutions, and drive interregional cooperation towards customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize and facilitate communication among sites for devising solutions and propose strategic decisions to headquarters.
  • Involve in daily operations and issues and utilize resources to account for any special events and needs, such as establishing Task Forces (TFTs) and allocate personnel to ongoing objectives.
  • Draft and manage regional strategies, long term or tactical, to achieve business goals.
  • Provide Global Business Plan presentations, Americas Region Strategy Workshops, Regional TFTs Reports, and Americas Region Business Reports.
  • Connect the company’s operations within the United States, Mexico, and Brazil with the headquarters in South Korea.
  • Ensure that all regional activities are aligned with the company’s overall goals and help senior management make informed business decisions.
