About The Position

The Strategic People Partner serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, helping to deliver people strategies that support business objectives and an exceptional associate experience. This role works closely with leaders and Senior Strategic People Partners to provide guidance on talent practices, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational initiatives. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping leaders create high-performing teams while continuing to grow their strategic HR capabilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruiting, learning and development, or other HR disciplines.
  • Experience partnering with leaders and employees to solve people-related challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience participating in organizational initiatives, projects, or change efforts preferred.
  • Financial services or experience in a regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and employees to support talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations matters, career development, and people practices.
  • Support the execution of talent processes, including performance reviews, talent assessments, succession discussions, and development planning.
  • Assist leaders in addressing associate concerns while ensuring alignment with company policies, practices, and values.
  • Facilitate employee relations conversations and partner with Senior Strategic People Partners on more complex matters.
  • Analyze workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions that improve engagement and retention.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, communication efforts, and team effectiveness strategies.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and other HR Centers of Excellence to implement people programs and solutions.
  • Assist with investigations and documentation, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership as appropriate.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that support business and people priorities.
