About The Position

The Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) plays a vital role in driving REEDER’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity. This role directly supports REEDER’s mission to expand its presence in current markets while strategically diversifying into new sectors. The SPM will be responsible for creating and executing initiatives that enhance revenue, strengthen partnerships, and elevate REEDER’s brand visibility across key industry networks. You’ll report directly to the President and collaborate across all departments. At REEDER, teamwork and communication are the foundation of our success. You’ll work alongside Marketing, Operations, and Preconstruction to ensure that every client experience reflects our company’s values and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or client relationship management—preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, delivery methods, and project life cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven by measurable success.
  • Exceptional research and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen existing relationships with Owners, Architects, Industry Professionals, Key Decision Makers, Board Members, and Subcontractors.
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic relationship building.
  • Represent REEDER at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach strategies, plan events, and promote REEDER’s capabilities through social media and public engagements.
  • Support REEDER’s diversification into new markets, including Higher Education, Municipal, Private/Charter Schools, and Medical sectors.
  • Expand existing market share in K–12 CM@R (Construction Manager at Risk) opportunities and Job Order Contracting (JOC).
  • Develop private project leads through networking and engagement in professional organizations and local economic development initiatives.
  • Establish REEDER’s presence in organizations such as CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), A4LE (Association for Learning Environments), Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, and relevant medical and economic development networks.
  • Attend OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings to strengthen client and partner relationships.
  • Work toward opportunities to serve on industry boards and committees to enhance REEDER’s community influence and visibility.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Preconstruction on subcontractor relationships, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to plan and execute client events, groundbreakings, and outreach campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
