Requirements

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in sponsorships, corporate events, media, technology, services, or business solutions.
  • Ability to conduct the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closing.
  • Skill in negotiating with decision-makers at the managerial, director, and C-Level.
  • Knowledge of opportunity qualification techniques (SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, or similar methodologies).
  • Commercial pipeline and CRM management (preferably HubSpot or equivalent tools).
  • Preparation and presentation of personalized commercial proposals.
  • Ability to identify business needs and connect solutions to client challenges.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting using phone, email, LinkedIn, and commercial intelligence tools.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret commercial indicators and prioritize opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial productivity tools.
  • Experience with selling sponsorships for corporate events.
  • Relationship with technology suppliers, consultancies, and B2B service providers.
  • Knowledge of the events market, B2B marketing, and demand generation.
  • Experience selling to multiple corporate segments (HR, IT, Security, Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, among others).
  • Use of tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and commercial intelligence platforms.
  • Hunter profile and results-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Resilience in the face of objections and complex sales cycles.
  • Organization and discipline for portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the organization's investment capacity and impact through prospecting, negotiating, and managing sponsorship quotas, building strategic partnerships that generate value for sponsors and contribute to financial sustainability and institutional strengthening.
  • Develop new business opportunities, manage commercial relationships, and market sponsorship quotas for Blueprintt's events and initiatives, acting consultatively with B2B solution provider companies.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities through CRM (HubSpot), ensuring the advancement of negotiations at all stages of the funnel.
  • Conduct consultative commercial meetings to identify needs, challenges, and objectives of potential sponsors.
  • Prepare personalized commercial proposals aligned with clients' marketing, relationship, and business generation objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions and conduct contract closing processes.
  • Perform constant follow-ups for the progression of opportunities in negotiation.
  • Meet individual revenue, commercial activity, and new client goals.
  • Prospect new companies aligned with the profile of Blueprintt's events and communities.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Develop relationships with executives in marketing, sales, business, alliances, demand generation, and corporate leadership.
  • Map markets, segments, and suppliers with potential for sponsorship investment.
  • Build long-term relationships with sponsors and strategic partners.
  • Act in conjunction with Customer Success and Operations areas to ensure an excellent sponsor experience.
  • Participate in internal alignment meetings on commercial strategies, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at events, in-person meetings, and networking actions when necessary.
  • Keep information and activities updated in the CRM.
  • Monitor commercial indicators, revenue forecasts, and sales funnel conversions.
  • Participate in training, capacity building, and continuous improvement initiatives of the commercial area.
  • Contribute with market insights, competition, and trends that may generate new business opportunities.
