Requirements

  • 4 year college degree in Business or Marketing; or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in business, media or advertising industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, with guidance from leader
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work, contribute in a team environment
  • Financial acumen and budget management
  • Ability to navigate problems and propose solutions
  • Strong computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as other equivalent programs

Responsibilities

  • Scoping and negotiating agency fees for marketing partnerships.
  • Holding partners accountable to delivering their work product.
  • Connecting work across teams and removing roadblocks that could impact goals and objectives.
  • Understanding agency capabilities and fee structure in order to effectively negotiate and contract with agency partners to concept and execute on-brand marketing projects.
  • Participating in the annual planning process to align agency partners and respective budgets to bodies of work across the Marketing organization specifically for Brand and Category Marketing, Store Experience Marketing, and Packaging / Brand Development.
  • Managing the annual agency fee budget and forecast throughout the year.
  • Writing and negotiating scope of work agreements.
  • Working cross-functionally to monitor scope execution and proactively engaging internal and external partners to problem solve when needed.
  • Developing strong connections with agency and internal partners to foster hardworking and positive relationships.
  • Adopting process changes that unlock agency efficiencies.
  • Performance managing agency partners and internal teams so we are getting the best output from our partners.
