What You'll Do: The Strategic Partner Success Director is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on driving new business through strategic partnerships. This person will own and grow key highly engaged revenue generating partner relationships, primarily with enterprise organizations with $5B+ in overall company size, while building new executive-level connections within large HCM and HR technology ecosystems.
