About The Position

itD is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager, Wearables to lead and manage high-impact partnerships at the intersection of AI and wearable devices. This role is critical in driving partnership strategy, execution, and growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative product experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in partner management within consumer electronics or technology industries and a proven track record of executing complex deals, launching products, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner-facing roles within technology or consumer electronics industries
  • Proven experience managing complex partnerships and deal execution
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading product launch planning and execution
  • Ability to interpret legal agreements and collaborate with legal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders

  • Experience in consumer electronics, wearables, or device partnerships
  • Background in consulting or strategic partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships with external wearable device partners, ensuring successful execution of agreements and long-term value creation
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and operations teams to support product launches and partnership initiatives
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies from deal structuring through product launch and growth phases
  • Analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Facilitate executive-level communications, including leading partner meetings, escalations, and strategic reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning on shared objectives
  • Identify risks and proactively manage escalations while uncovering opportunities through partner landscape analysis
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
