About The Position

PageWide Industrial (PWI) is a leader in the growing digital print category for high-volume production inkjet presses, offering high-speed, high-quality devices that create new opportunities for digital color print. These solutions enable commercial and packaging print customers to reduce waste, grow their businesses, and improve profitability. The company is transforming personalized communication applications by accelerating the analog-to-digital transformation in areas where inkjet provides added value, such as more targeted communication, simplified operations and supply chains, and agile production volume adaptation. To accelerate growth, PWI aims to lead the transformation of print production ecosystems by designing a fully connected, AI-driven industrial print ecosystem that learns, connects, and acts autonomously. This ecosystem will enable seamless collaboration between brands and print service providers (PSPs), augment human capabilities, reduce operational complexity, and establish production as a reliable, scalable system for growth and control. The Strategic Partner Manager and Business Lead will execute the business strategy for the PageWide Packaging segment, managing relationships with strategic partners crucial for the design, manufacturing, and go-to-market of PageWide solutions for the Packaging market. This role involves leading a cross-functional team and providing business context and guidance to ensure alignment with strategic direction and achievement of business goals.

Requirements

  • College degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in product management, business strategy, or technical leadership within industrial printing, manufacturing automation, or enterprise SaaS
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, strategy, market development or business development
  • Digital printing and/or analog production experience, with knowledge of whole ecosystem (media, workflow, presses, finishing)
  • Proven experience managing partner engagements, including contract negotiations and performance reviews
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage both technical operators and C-suite decision-makers
  • Excellent influencing, consensus building, and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Manages business performance of the Packaging Segment.
  • Articulates and socializes business strategy, defines and tracks KPIs and triggers corrective actions as needed.
  • Leads business relationship with strategic partners on behalf of PageWide Industrial.
  • Manages executive engagement, ongoing joint partnership reviews.
  • Facilitates ongoing communication between partners and HP cross-functional teams.
  • Builds business case for new investments.
  • Drives promotion and awareness of HP in the packaging market.
  • Supports trade shows and joint marketing activities with partners.
  • Facilitates project execution with extended teams and issues resolution as needed.
