About The Position

HHM Hotels is a leading hospitality management and investment firm with a portfolio of over 200 hotels and resorts across the United States. We are seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to join our corporate team. This role supports portfolio performance by providing data-driven insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and partnering with operations leadership to drive results across the portfolio. The focus includes performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, supporting the automation and standardization of reporting, cross-functional partnership with Revenue Management, Sales, and Accounting, financial analysis of hotel financials, and presentation development for internal leadership and ownership groups.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI
Foundational understanding of hotel operations or hospitality business models

Responsibilities

Analyze property-level performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve operational and financial outcomes.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) to support visibility into portfolio performance.
Support the automation and standardization of reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Accounting to support reporting, modeling, and performance tracking.
Review hotel financials to understand key drivers and support performance improvement initiatives.
Prepare clear, data-driven materials for internal leadership and ownership groups.
