About The Position

Responsible for assessing existing and potential markets of complex scope. Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of technical and business environments within semiconductor markets. Analyzes market data to identify trends & growth opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates organized & compelling presentations with recommendations. Partners with management team, engineering, and other marketing functions to ensure that overall marketing function is effectively meeting the organization's strategic goals and quarterly on-time deliverables. Integrates and prioritizes products/programs into a coherent investment portfolio aligned to risks and ROI. Oversees creation of complex product strategies that integrates well with Applied's products. Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in a function and drives business and technical program engagements. Demonstrates broad and comprehensive expertise (both business and technical) in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within the semiconductor industry roadmap. Fully adept at Excel, including handling large data sets, and modeling to extract insights from data. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Helps leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives; provides thought leadership. Interfaces with senior management and partners to influence decisions. Strong communication skills through verbal, written, and PowerPoint presentation formats.
