About The Position

As Strategic Marketing Manager for AMD at TD SYNNEX, you will drive go-to-market success by equipping our reseller network with best-in-class marketing programs, incentives, and content. You’ll own the planning, execution, and ROI measurement of Market Development Funds (MDF), partnering closely with AMD and internal stakeholders to accelerate business growth. Based in either Greenville, SC or Clearwater, FL, this role offers high visibility, cross-functional influence, and the opportunity to shape scalable partner initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B marketing or partner enablement experience, preferably in technology distribution or semiconductor sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Adaptability & Agility – Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve; quickly pivots strategy to meet shifting business needs
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Communication & Collaboration – Strong written and verbal skills; able to craft clear, compelling messages and present complex data to diverse audiences
  • Project Management – Excellent organizational skills; adept at juggling multiple deadlines, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering high-quality results
  • Technical Agility – Rapid learner of new marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and reporting solutions

Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement & MDF Management Design and execute annual and quarterly MDF-funded campaigns aligned to AMD’s product roadmaps and TD SYNNEX objectives Track budgets, forecast spend, and report on ROI and pipeline contribution through clear, data-driven dashboards
  • Content Development & Incentive Strategy Create persuasive marketing assets (email templates, social posts, digital ads, promotional materials) tailored for our reseller audience Collaborate with AMD to define and manage incentive programs—rebates, promotions, contests—that drive partner engagement and sales velocity
  • Campaign Analytics & Continuous Optimization Analyze performance data (conversion rates, lead volume, deal size) to refine messaging, channel mix, and incentive structures Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to AMD and TD SYNNEX leadership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Event Support Coordinate AMD’s presence at TD SYNNEX events and third-party shows (virtual webinars, regional trade exhibitions) Build and maintain strong relationships with AMD account teams, reseller sales reps, and internal marketing peers to ensure seamless execution
  • Process Improvement, Compliance & Scalability Ensure all marketing activities comply with AMD contractual guidelines, industry regulations, and TD SYNNEX brand standards Standardize MDF request workflows, implement best practices for tracking, and document lessons learned for continuous process refinement
