FINFROCK is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support recruiting efforts, generate top-of-funnel opportunities, and position FINFROCK as a leader in the design-build and precast construction industry. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), commercial real estate, manufacturing, or other professional services industries. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong writing and communication skills to help tell FINFROCK's story across digital, print, public relations, and community engagement channels. Reporting to the Executive VP of Marketing, the Strategic Marketing Manager will provide leadership and direction to a talented internal marketing team while serving as a strategic advisor to leadership on branding, messaging, communications, and market positioning. This role is focused on brand building, communications, public relations, recruiting marketing, and market awareness. It does not manage proposals, pursuit marketing, or business development activities.
