The Strategic Marketing & Communications Manager develops and implements integrated marketing and communications strategies, plans, content, and tools to advance the Food Bank’s strategic goals. Working closely with departments and organizational leaders, this role oversees content creation and the execution of the Food Bank’s annual integrated marketing and communications plan. This includes building awareness, generating external support, and inspiring engagement across key focus areas such as fundraising, volunteer engagement, and advocacy at the local, state, and federal levels. This role also leads strategic message development and editorial content planning for external audiences, ensuring all content is brand-aligned, equity-centered, and reflective of the Food Bank’s strategic plan and community impact. The Strategic Marketing & Communications Manager has two direct reports, including a Senior Social Media Specialist and a Writer & Content Specialist. This role mentors and collaborates with these team members to deliver high-quality storytelling that engages audiences and amplifies the organization’s work and impact.
