The Strategic Launch Manager is responsible for orchestrating HPE’s most critical market moments—ensuring launches are strategically grounded, narratively powerful, and executed with confidence across the GTM engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, story, and activation, bringing together product marketing, GTM, communications, sales, and partners to deliver launches that make markets and move markets. This is a hands-on marketing leadership role. The Strategic Launch Manager personally shapes launch strategy, narrative, and messaging for Tier 1 launches while also guiding execution across a team of launch managers supported by a launch coordinator. The role exists to elevate how HPE launches—shifting from fragmented announcements to fewer, bigger, better market moments with aligned activation across all channels. Launch themes and narratives will often reinforce HPE’s market megatrends and Customer Acceleration Plays, but the scope is broader: this role spans the full HPE portfolio and ecosystem, including products, services, solutions, and partners. Success is measured by launch impact, clarity, readiness, and alignment—driving awareness, consideration, engagement, and early demand while enabling confident execution from day one.
