The Strategic Initiatives Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operational execution of company-wide strategic housing initiatives. This role works closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Strategic Initiatives Operations Manager to assist with resident-facing operations, application processing, account management, and ongoing resident support. Strategic initiatives require manual workflows, detailed documentation, and high-touch communication. This role is responsible for supporting the full resident lifecycle from prospect inquiry through lease term completion, ensuring a consistent and high-quality resident experience.
