  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology, and the ability to help others embrace it
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a large, complex, enterprise-scale organization
  • A proven track record leading change through change management, organizational development, or learning and development, OR experience leading change or transformation work at a major consulting firm
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI and emerging technology, with experience helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust at the senior leadership level
  • Ability to work in Southern California (San Diego, Orange County, or Los Angeles)

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industry experience
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in HR or Organizational Development) or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
  • Formal change management certification (Prosci or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders as a strategic advisor on organizational design, talent, workforce planning, and culture

  • Translate business strategy into people strategy that drives measurable results
  • Shape leadership development, capability building, and upskilling efforts as the organization evolves
  • Coach leaders through transformation, growth, and complex employee relations matters
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and influence at the executive level
  • Bring an innovative, forward-thinking mindset to how HR operates and delivers value
