About The Position

Vagaro is hiring a Strategic Financial Analyst to support business decisions across its vertical SaaS and payments platform, which serves more than 100,000 business owners in beauty, wellness, and fitness. The analyst will support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, transaction volume, and payments revenue, along with executive dashboards. They will help improve reporting processes and tools, generally using Excel, Power BI, and/or AI. Senior Analysts will lead larger cross-functional workstreams, own model architecture, and guide how the team frames and presents its work.
