About The Position

The Financial Analyst provides analytical and strategic support directly to the President & CEO and CFO of a multi-family real estate investment company. This role serves as a key resource across investments, capital markets, portfolio management, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience from an accounting firm or financial services environment, combined with deep proficiency in financial modeling and a strong command of AI and technology tools that enhance speed and accuracy in analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm, investment bank, financial services firm, or real estate investment company.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required: complex financial modeling, dynamic proformas, sensitivity tables, and scenario analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve analytical workflows, automate reporting, and surface insights.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter who operates with urgency, ownership, and sound judgment.
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity; stays current on market trends, AI tools, and real estate finance innovations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
• Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across departments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and annually provide proof of auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• CPA track or CFA candidacy a plus.
• Prior exposure to real estate, private equity, or multi-family investment structures strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with financial software and platforms (Yardi, Argus, or similar real estate platforms a plus).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM, data room management, and investor reporting platforms.
